Product Description
Introducing the MJJC Medium Grade Clay Mitt, your ticket to a perfect contaminant-free surface. Designed for both professionals and enthusiasts, this premium clay mitt makes for effortless contaminant removal to give your car's paint a smooth, glossy appearance, ready for waxing or polishing.
- Efficient Contaminant Removal: This medium-grade clay surface effectively removes bonded contaminants such as tree sap, industrial fallout, brake dust, and overspray from your vehicle.
- Gentle on All Paint Types: Formulated to be lightweight on every kind of paint finish, the MJJC Clay Mitt minimizes the typical marring associated with claying. While marring is still possible, using the proper lubrication and frequently rinsing the mitt ensures best results.
- Durable & Reusable: MJJC's clay mitt is durable and designed to last through 40-50 uses depending on contamination level. If dropped, it can be rinsed out and reused, unlike regular clay bars.
- Ergonomic Design: The mitt's form factor makes for a comfortable grip, allowing better control and coverage during the claying process. With its much larger surface area than traditional clay bars, this design allows for quicker and more efficient detailing.
Traditional clay bars are more tedious to work with and must be discarded if dropped. The MJJC Clay Mitt makes quick work of decontamination, marrying clay-like effectiveness to the ease of use of a mitt. This medium-grade formulation provides the perfect sweet spot, which will work with most paint conditions without micro-marring.
How to use:
1. Ensure Cool Surface: Always use your clay mitt out of direct sunlight and on a cool surface.
2. Wash: Start by washing your vehicle to remove surface dirt and debris to reduce the risk of marring.
3. Lubricate: Mist the surface liberally with clay lubricant (such as a rinseless wash or Show Room Shine). Some may choose to use regular car soap as a lubricant; this is okay, however it may reduce the life of your clay mitt.
4. Clay: Lightly run the clay mitt over the lubricated area in straight-line motions using light pressure until smooth.
5. Rinse & Dry: After claying, thoroughly rinse the area with clean water and dry with a microfiber towel.
6. Maintain: Simply wash the clay mitt in water to get rid of any contaminants it may have picked up and air-dry for storage.
